What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a super therapy, developed and fine-tuned over thirty plus years, by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer. It combines the most effective principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to bring unparalleled results in only 1 to 3 sessions.

What are the benefits of RTT?

If you are experiencing physical or emotional challenges, you want rapid results. RTT™ aims to deliver permanent change in only 1 to 3 sessions. Rapid Transformational Therapy Session Outline

Consultation

First we will start off with an initial 30 minutes discovery call to briefly discuss your issue.

 

Together we will go through all of the factors of your presenting problem and discuss your current situation in order to gain insight into the issue that you’re facing. 

 

We will then discuss the outcome that you’d like to achieve from your session and establish the right steps that need to be taken.

 

During this time you are also provided with an opportunity to ask questions or gain clarity about RTT.

Hypnosis

Before the session, you will fill in a confidential Intake Form, so we have a clear understanding of your wants and needs.

In the beginning of the session, there will be an initial 15-20 minute consultation, where we will go through your Intake Form and discuss what you would like to change and what your desired outcome would be – this allows your therapy to be tailored to you.

This is followed by your therapy session, which includes hypnosis and usually, regression. During the RTT session, you will be placed under a light hypnosis – an experience which is both calming and powerful.

Once you enter the relaxing hypnotic state, your conscious mind is gently set aside, to give access to your subconscious mind in order to uncover the information needed.

Working with your subconscious mind, I will regress you back to the scenes in your life that gave rise to your presenting issue. We will find the root cause of your issue and understand how, why, when and where it was acquired.

Rewiring

Once we have established the root cause of your issue, I will then use a number of specific tools in order to rewire any old, negative feelings and beliefs that were formed.

 

Every tool used will be tailored to your needs, ensuring that the old, negative thought patterns and unwanted behaviours no longer influence you.  

 

Hypnosis will allow us to install the new positive feelings and beliefs without resistance, ultimately enabling you to achieve freedom from your issues.

Permanent change

After gaining a clear understanding about how, why and when your issue presented itself in your life and then rewiring your mind to install a positive, uplifting mindset, I will go on to record a personalised transformation recording for you. 

This recording will ensure that the changes you’ve gone through during the Rapid Transformational Therapy remain permanent. 

The recording is designed around your specific needs and goals and it is by repeatedly listening to these new, positive beliefs that you will break old, unwanted behaviours and thought processes. 

The personal recording will be emailed to you after your session. You can download it onto your mobile or computer. It is vital that you listen to your recording daily for at least 21 days after our consultation.

I will check in with you regularly via email / WhatsApp / text message to support you throughout the process. This is included in your session fee.

At the end of our session, I will then set up a follow up review appointment, after 28 days have passed.
